Dear Old Santa Tag

Good Morning!  Today is my day to post on the SumMore Fun blog.  The tag I am sharing with you uses the Victorine Originals Large Dear Old Santa stamp.
I stamped the face using Versafine Onyx Black ink onto a kraft tag that I hand-cut, then embossed with clear embossing powder.  I then used Prismacolor Scholar colored pencils to color the image.  I added Liquid Applique to the hat to make it look fuzzy and Glossy Accents to the glasses to make them look real!
I matted the tag with black and plaid cardstocks.  I embellished the tag with a Trendy Page Dot, Totally Red and Totally White Trendy Twines, as well as glitter enamel dots.

Remember, we have a monthly challenge going on right right now in the SumMore Fun Creations Facebook group!

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Sparkle Card

Happy Monday all!  Today I am taking a break from holiday creations to bring you a fun birthday card I recently created.  All the patterned papers are from Craft Smith's Stay Magical paper pad.  The iridescent foiling on the gemstone paper is so pretty!
It was really quite simple to create, simply cutting the patterned papers the sizes I wanted and matting them with dark gray cardstock.  The sentiment panel is popped up with foam tape.  The scalloped layer was cut using GMD scalloped rectangle die.  I embellished with various self adhesive rhinestones that matched the colors of the papers.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Christmas Gable Box

Hello all!  Today I am posting for the Trendy Twine blog with this great gable box that would be perfect for giving a small gift or baked goods for Christmas.  It is embellished with  Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine, our featured twine for December.
I started with a Small Gable Box and covered the sides with paper and stickers from DCWV's Red & White Christmas stack.  I glued Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine around the front panel and Frosted Cranberry Sequins in the bottom right corner.
To dress up the top of the box, I made a bow using more patterned paper and a Stampin Up! bow punch and adhered it just under the handle of the box.  I then added the tag that was made with Large Metal Rim TagCandy Cane Trendy Page Dot, a sentiment from APB Merry Christmas stamp setFrosted Cranberry Sequins, and tied with Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine.  The snowflakes are more stickers from the previously mentioned paper stack.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Laurel Wreath Impossible Card

Good morning to all my crafty friends!  Today is my day to post on the SVG Attic blog.  I am sharing my version of the SVG Attic Laurel Wreath Impossible Card.
These cards are quite simple to make, once you realize how they are made!  Jodi has a great tutorial HERE if you get stuck.  I used patterned papers from DCWV's Red & White Christmas stack and solid papers from DCWV's Flipside Christmas stack.  The leaves are inked with dark green chalk ink and the embellishments include an organza bow and red Stickles.  I used Scotch tacky glue to assemble the card.
I added a stamped sentiment from the APB Merry Christmas stamp set.  Now it is ready to send to someone special for Christmas!

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
