Trendy Bakers Twine~Happy Easter

Happy Easter Sunday!  Today myself and my Trendy Twine DT sisters have Easter projects to share with you on the Twine It Up blog.  Head on over to check them all out!  Here is what I created...
I had this double sided Easter paper in my stash that was just begging to have both sides featured, so I obliged ;)  I wrapped Pinkberry Sorbet Trendy Twine around the patterned card base 5 times.
On top of that I added a GMD doily die cut and an Easter egg. That was popped up with foam tape to allow room for the Trendy Twine underneath it. In the top corner where I folded the paper down, I stamped a Cardz TV sentiment. The finishing touch was to glue Pink Diamonds Sparkling Gems in the top right and lower left corners.

Here is what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Trendy Bakers Twine~Glassine Envelope Easter Treats

Hello everyone!  Easter will be here soon and if you are like me, you are still thinking of last minute treats to give.  Today these treats with Pink Limeade Trendy Twine are featured over at the Trendy Twine blog.
I started by adding three Reese's eggs to a Biggie Glassine Envelope and sealed it shut with a Glue Dot.  I then wrapped Pink Limeade Trendy Twine around the envelope and tied a Large Tag-It to it with a bow.  For this first envelope, I used a Spring Green Large Tag-It and Pink Midnight Trendy Page Dots for embellishing.
The second treat has a Pink Large Tag-It with Lime Orangesicle Trendy Page Dots to embellish.  I used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut the bunny silhouettes out of the Tag-Its.  The Scan N Cut scanned where I had placed the tags on my cutting mat so I could place the bunny cut exactly where I wanted it to cut out of the tag!  I stamped a sentiment in black from the APB Smile stamp set on the tag and finished the treats off by adding a bunny tail of Ice White Pearl Pen.

Here is a close up look at Annie's Paper Boutique's featured twine for the month:

Foxy Birthday Card

Good Morning!  Today is my day to post on the SumMore Fun blog.  The card I am sharing with you uses SumMore Fun's Foxy Lady stamp set.
I stamped the fox image from Foxy Lady stamp set with VersaFine Onyx Black ink onto white cardstock and watercolored it with Distress Oxide inks in Rusty Hinge and Black Soot.  Once it was dry, I die cut it with a stitched circle die and matted it with another circle die cut.  The patterned papers are from DCWV's Natural stack.  I added some Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Twine to the banner and added GMD Sophisticated Enamel Dots as accents.
For the sentiment, I wasn't sure how well it would stamp on the metallic circles of the patterned paper, but it turned out great!  I used the embossing buddy on the paper, then stamped the sentiment from the Foxy Lady stamp set with VersaMark using my stamp platform.  When embossing, I like to re-stamp 2 or 3 times to make sure I have total coverage!  I then heat embossed with white embossing powder.
Here is what the entire BRAND NEW Foxy Lady stamp set looks like!  Isn't it so cute?!
Also available with this new release are Foxy Lady stickersdigi papers6x6 papers and 12x12 papers!

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Happy Easter Card

Hello all!  Just a quick post today to share the Easter card that my 6 year old and I made for great grandma.
The beautiful patterned paper was from The Paper Studio Hamilton Heights 6x6 paper pad.  I accented with navy blue cardstock.  The cross die cuts are from Cottage Cutz.  The sentiment was cut out of vinyl and adhered to the cardstock.  Ice White Pearl Pen dots finished it off!
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
